OK, then further clues (3):
1) It's From 1976
2) This artist had at least two more singles where the B side was a part 2 to the A side's Part 1
3) came out on Decca in the UK

WHITE SOLES?????
Good, but wrong, call on the first 2 and definitely not 3!
Dunno (we Yanks are generally clueless about glam singles), but it sounds a bit like Baby Elephant Walk.

BIG BALLS & THE GREAT WHITE SATIN PANTS
In San Francisco right as 2 very gay festivals are happening? Seems too much of a coincidence.....
But I'll be in NYC next week to make up for it...and it's raining, which means I will probably give Nick Lowe a miss...Only found one single so far...I am here for work, but will go round a few record shops today
