Hi Dave
It looks like he was from South Africa or from Rhodesia. He had 2 other singles on Penny Farthing: "Let's Spend The Summer Together" and "Oh, Oh, Oh Angelina" and it looks like he had a hit in Rhodesia with "Did You Boogie With Your Baby" on Wizard
